Process for monoclonal antibody
Step Lead time Order Process Remarks
I 8 weeks 1 Choose the animals for experiment. Choose the mice.
2 Immunity Conduct 3 immune treatments to 5 mice for 4 weeks.
(At 2 weeks from the second immune treatment, take the blood sample. The antibody according to ELISA is measured: Data are sent.)
(Three days after third immune treatment, take out spleens) for 5 mice.
II 2 weeks 3 Prepare the cell fusion. We are checking FCS.
4 Cell fusion Conduct the fusion of Myeloma and spleen by using the PEG solution (1 day)
5 Make the HAT culture medium. Choose the best Hybridoma from each type of Hybridoma.
6 Screening according to ELISA. Measure the antibodies of the selected Hybridoma according to ELISA 14 days after the cell fusion.
III 4 weeks 7 Cloning After measuring the positive well with the primary screening, conduct the cloning by using the limiting culture.
8 Establish Hybridoma Sub cloning (primary, secondary)
(Measure the antibodies according to ELISA: Data are sent.)
9 Freeze and preserve We send 2 frozen clones.

<Client Requirements>
