1st step : Antigen specific affinity purification

Coupling was done with 5mg of antigen which we already stored and 12ml of serum was purified by nonphospho affinity column.

2nd step : Protein A purification

Collected elution resultant after affinity purification was purified with protein A.

3rd step : Dialysis & Concentration

  • BSA 0.5ul loading (2mg/ml)
  • BSA 1ul loading (2mg/ml)
Comment
1.5ml antibody(2mg/ml) was obtained via affinity purification and concentration and finally lyophilized.
